RECONSTRUCTION OF BRANKO MILJKOVIC PRIMARY SCHOOL ON SCHEDULE

 President of Palilula Boban Džunić with associates, Milos Stojkovic, Aleksandar Ždrale and Svetislav Petrovic, visited the school "Branko Miljkovic" where the finishing works on the reconstruction of the classroom and part of the school building are in progress. After two years of preparatory activities and numerous administrative problems regarding the implementation of this project, at the end of last year the Government of the Republic of Serbia - Ministry of Economy signed a trilateral agreement with the contractors.

"JOHNSON ELECTRIC" BUILDS NEW HALL - ANOTHER 2,400 JOBS

 Johnson Electric plans in Nis new 2,400 jobs. In one year time, the company will employ a thousand people, and by 2020 a total of 3,400. It was announced by Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic in Nis, after Economy Minister Zeljko Sertic and representatives "Johnson Electric" signed the Memorandum of Understanding, which it defines. The event was attended by the president of Palilula Municipality Boban Džunić.

PASI POLJANA - `1300 KAPLARA` STREET GETS NEW LOOKS

 Within the Programme of maintenance of communal infrastructure periodical maintenance in Palilula Municipality the reconstruction of the road in the street named `1300 kaplara` has started. On this occasion, the president of Palilula Municipality Boban Dzunic, with his associates, visited the residents of this settlement and contractors. CLEANING OF OLD CEMETERY STARTED

 After the initiative of Palilula Municipality and shown needs, the action of cleaning and adaptation of Old Cemetery Gorica was organized. This activity is realized with the Centre for social work Sveti Sava in Nis and JKP Gorica in accordance with the Decree of the Government of Serbia on measures of social inclusion of beneficiaries of social assistance, is part of the world ecological campaign "Clean up the world" 2015 promoted by Media ecological net EKOpolis.

RECONSTRUCTION OF HEAT PLANT ELIMINATES
THE EASTERN GATE OF THE OLD CEMETERY ?

Central entrance, at the "Eastern Gate" old cemetery "Gorica" in Nis, Palilula Municipality, last week for the reconstruction of heating plant "Jug" was completely devastated. The contractor removed the central pillar with a part of the gate, which had disappeared in the meanwhile, and other parts were damaged of the entrance to the complex, which in 1991 was put under the protection of the law.President of Palilula Boban Džunić was surprised by this act. "Nearly three years we are trying to achieve our parliamentary initiative addressed to the town to Old cemetery" Gorica "offices in Memorial Park and thus to provide permanent treatment care and maintenance.

THE ADAPTATION OF TRAFFIC ROUNDABOUT IN
`PETRA RANDJELOVICA` STREET BEGAN

 Boban Dzunic, president of Palilula Municipality with the president of Palilula Municipal Assembly Milos Stojkovic, visited the contractor `ABM Putogradnja` from Mramor, who are working on the construction of the traffic roundabout in the street `Petra Randjelovica` and `Bubanjski Heroji` in Ledena Stena settlement, Palilula. The works on relocation of the pipeline are current at the terrain and after it, the works will be intensified also on the construction of the roundabout. The value of these works on the construction of this roundabout is 10 million dinars.
